Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is an own therapy method for the treatment of psychological, psychosocial and psychosomatic problems.
The goal of psychotherapy is:
- to heal or minimize existing symptoms
- to change malfunctioning behavior and perspectives, and
- to promote personal development and healthiness.
Gestalt therapy
Gestalt therapy is one of the methods of psychotherapy and was developed by Laura and Fritz Perls. It is humanistic approach and see’s individuals as a whole (body, mind, and soul). The method focuses on “here and now”, it emphasizes on how the client think, feel, act and perceive things in the present moment. Attaining self-awareness is essential to self-growth which helps a client develop their full potential.
My goal is to assist clients in restoring or discovering his/her own natural ability.
